The first time I had Ofada stew was in a restaurant at Abuja, I enjoyed it so much, the Iru mixed with Peppers and assorted Meat was just Yummmmm. Another time, I saw #Ayamase on instagram and I wondered what it was so I decided to google it and saw it is Ofada sauce and I was like “Hmm, oh really!”, now I decided to try it out myself. Ofada sauce is spicy, tasty infact it is deliciousness in its entirety which takes you to yummy paradise.

  • Now add a bit of Crayfish, assorted Meat, Beef stock , check if seasoning and Salt are in proportion, cover and cook for 7 minutes (the Meat should be cut in small chunks)
