Oatmeal is rich in fibre, and filled with nutrients. If you’re in the #fitfamgang and crave for pancakes, this is the perfect pancake for you. I love this pancake like kilode because it is so yummy, easy to make and healthy. LETS MAKE SOME PANCAKES


  • Oatmeal (8 Tablespoons)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 Tablespoons of skimmed milk
  • ¼ tablespoon of Cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • ½ Tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • ¼ Tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 Tablespoons of honey
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

These make 3 pancakes


  • Add the Banana into a blender

  • Add the skimmed milk

  • Add ¼ tablespoon of cinnamon, egg, vanilla extract and 1/4 tablespoon of baking powder

  • Add 8 tablespoon of oats

  • Add the honey


  • Add ¼ cup of water


  • Then blend the mixture
  • Heat up 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan and pour the mixture, cook for 1 minute


  • Flip to the other side and cook for another minute


  • Continue flipping for 1 more minute, place on a plate and cook the remaining batter.


  • Serve with maple syrup or honey, I used honey for mine with slices of cucumber

The Pancakes may look burnt like mine, but do not worry,it is just fine,just make sure you cook on low heat.
